I placed a decent order and one of my items was missing, so I contact customer service after hours, and they responded to me before noon the next day. Not only they are sending me the missing item, they threw in a couple sample for good measure. I would have been fine with the quick response and the missing item, but they went a little further and you can't find that kind of customer service, hardly any more. And because of this experience. . . I will promote them even more than I did before and will continue to be my tea source. They are beyond Great Tea. . . the have service with a smile too.

I have a new pre-programable tea kettle so I had to switch to loose tea. I am beyond pleased with this tea, and the flavors.

First, this brand makes the most natural tasting fruit teas ive ever had, and also the customer service is amazing
