I didn’t know the first thing about tea. I’m a recovered alcoholic of over 2 years and missed the excitement of drinking something new and “fun”. This summer after visiting a local tea shop and being intrigued, I decided and told my husband “ I’m going to be a tea person!”…. Whatever that meant. I started off by shopping on Amazon for sample kits of loose leaf tea’s by different tea companies. I’ve been obsessed (as I tend to get with things) with Tiesta from the first sip. Chai love, mango dreamz, nutty almond cream are some of my favorites. Drinking tea has honestly changed my life. I’m hydrated, I’m calm, and my sleep at night is better than it’s ever been! I use to be a wine person…. Now I’m a “tea person”!
