About the candied ginger in my last order. . . 2 big bags . What did you do to them? They are, too soft, too sweet and tasteless compared to what you used to sell. These also have a slight taste of mould. I cannot eat them. They will go into the garbage. Very very disappointing. I loved this product. . I will now purchase these from Dandypak who continue to make the quality ginger. I would like a refund for these. . I am hesitant to order from you again because of this and to stop recommending your company to friends because I cannot trust your consistency with quality. .

I was misled by the title and expected sour cherries, but the product turned out to be regular sweet cherries that are readily available at supermarkets for a fraction of the price.
