The advertisement for January that sent to me shown several items that wasn’t available at website. For example the madjol date was sold out long time ago. Everytime that I want to make my order online , something is missing. I find out the stores have more variety of nuts . The search engine also never shows the product , I have to find them one by one . The exact amount of snack packs isn’t specified.

Some products taste good, but some got defects. Delivery is very fast!

The product choices seemed very limited on the website vs going into your store (we go to the one on Lonsdale - which we love!). You should be able to select what goes into the party trays as you can in the store, including the dried fruit and chocolate-coated fruit and nuts. The selection of sizes for the dried fruit was far too limiting. We found the descriptions on some of the gift boxes didn’t provide the weight. I do think the recipient of our gift was very pleased with what we were able to select though.

Ordered a gift card, and it came quickly. Have used gift cards in the past, and they work seamlessly. Thanks for making things easy! Looking forward to the wonderful things the gift card will be used towards!

Love all your products. Especially the Turkish Delights. I have been to Turkey and these are just as good, if not better.

Easy process to use a Gift Card. Don't have to use the entire amount on the card. A balance is provided.

I appreciate being able to order quality items as I am not able to visit the physical sites. But, more importantly, I appreciate the quality!
