I was in your store to purchase some roasted hazelnut. I was in need of skinless hazelnut for a torte that I am baking. I was served by Elena who went the extra mile to help select the hazelnut with no skin or minimal skin on them. She was very pleasant and so accommodating. Thanks to Elena, I will be coming back for more of my baking needs.

We buy Ayoubs raw nuts whenever we run out, they are the freshest we've tried. It's great to be able to access them by delivery to Northern Ontario

My order arrived promptly and was so well packaged. The BC hazelnuts were delicious. The Greek-flavoured pumpkin seeds were a favourite with everyone on our camping trip. I gifted the halva, which disappeared in minutes. The cranberries haven't been opened yet, but they will be an ingredient in my home-made hot cereal blend. And I'm over the moon about the almonds from Spain. So happy to find a non-USA alternative. They are lovely. . . a bit softer and easier on my teeth than the ones I used to buy from California. Placing my second order soon!

I am a regular shopper at Ayoub's. The other day at the Hastings and Gilmore store in Burnaby, I had the most delightful experience with Natasha. Not only was she extremely knowledgeable, but she went out of her way to suggest items she thought I'd like. Her enthusiasm was infectious. I wish all retailers would hire and train more people like her. Bravo, Natasha!

For one who survives on pension income, I fond your prices pricey. How about offering a discount for Pensioners. Other than that, your products are good.

Excellent service

We moved our business from another company and are more than happy with the results. The nuts are fresh and yummy, the dried cherries are superior. All were shipped quickly by Canada Post. We are in a recently built neighbourhood and couriers have difficulty finding us, Canada Post does not. We will order again soon.
