I had ordered walnuts, pumpkin seeds and raw almonds. Walnuts and pumpkin seeds were of very good quality, but almonds when soaked in water overnight remained hard. Even warm water for soaking was of no help. But overall a good purchase.

We love Ayoub's products - the mixed nut butter is wonderfully delicious, and not as oily as many nut butters. The natural cherries are another favourite, along with mango strips. When making banana or other quick breads, I chop up candied passion fruit. The seeds are very nutritious, but not thrilling to eat on their own, so adding them to something else with fruit and spices is the best of both worlds. Other favourites are chocolate coated coffee beans, originally bought as a garnish for cupcakes, but delightful to eat out of hand as a sweet treat. We also enjoy the lime and saffron almonds as a savory treat. Customer service is always helpful, though I don't love AI, and shipping is very prompt.

Farinaz was extremely helpful and kind when I was buying nuts. She patiently answered all my questions, guided me through the different options, and offered helpful suggestions. Her friendly attitude and attentiveness made the shopping experience very pleasant, and I truly appreciated her willingness to assist me.

My husband and I were impressed with the quality of the nuts and how delicious the mix with lime and saffron is! We got them through a gift certificate but we will definetely order some more.
