Cracked on first trip

The suitcase arrived in a timely manner, it looks great and appears as though it will uphold the wear and tear at baggage check.

I really loved the Travelpro Maxlite 5 International Carry-On Rollaboard for its light weight, plenty of packing space, sleek appearance and quality. The reason I gave it four stars instead of five is because I ordered a Rollaboard instead of a Spinner. I ordered a Rollaboard because a travel blog mentioned that a Rollaboard was better for cobblestone streets in Europe than a Spinner. I had never used a Rollaboard before and had no idea that I would find it to be more difficult than a Spinner. I found that pulling a Rollaboard behind me was painful to my arm. While boarding the plane the width of the bag (compared to the width of the aisle) as I pulled it behind me did not allow enough space to avoid bumping the sides of seats and an occasional passenger elbow that extended off the hand rest into the aisle. A spinner can be easily pushed ahead of the passenger down the aisle with the narrow side of the suitcase (not the wide side) moving forward, instead of having to be pulled behind as is necessary when boarding with a Rollaboard.

Arrived earlier than scheduled and in undamaged box.

The first suitcase I ordered was too big for my travel purposes. I was with in the return period and the agent that I spoke with walked me through the return process. I was refunded my money and bought the size smaller which I was very happy with. Very good customer service and warranty on products!
