Went on month long trip- planes, trains, streets,cruise ship. Great, not concerns.

Delivered well before scheduled, but product was misrepresented (did not meet airline size requirements), so we had to return.

Some problems with shipping partner FedEx but quickly resolved by TravelPro. With that said, TravelPro should be more proactive and provide shipping insurance in case package goes missing. Also please try and keep customers informed at all times and as much as possible.

Shipping was fast. It arrived beautifully packed and early to boot!

Shopping was great only a few days from ordering online

Easy to find what we were looking for. Product arrived very quickly.

Excellent luggage! Durable and the case holds a lot of clothes and travel accessories. It would be extra nice to have a handle on the bottom of the case for easy lifting.

I've been a TravelPro Customer for many years and about 10 bags, Have only had one issue and it was fixed when I asked.

I have exclusively used Travel Pro since my first piece was purchased in 2012 - those pieces are still in use, by the way - The luggage is very durable, whether it is hard side or not; it looks great; it's easy to spot on the carousel even if you have black; shipping was so fast. Everything I have to say is positive!

Easy to navigate. Easy to purchase. And very easy to register your product.

Shipping was quick and compact, no wasted space and quality is 10/10

Love my Platinum Elite luggage! The Maxlight under seat was a waste of money for me.
