It is a great drone. like the fact there is know geo fencing.

Not a pleasant experience with my purchase. The drone never got delivered and customer service was not helpful other than generic responses.

It amazes me that a drone company first develops how high and far their drone will fly and at the same time releases a mediocre camera. What’s the point? Drones are for taking photos, Autel does not deliver.

Horrible support

Autel has been great to me so far.

It is a good drone, but like past comments before, the drone camera movement has issues, and at the price point of AUTEL, this should not be an issue. FIX the movement issue associated with the gimbal.

Tech-support is horrible in the state of Washington one engineer to support people and it’s like they don’t know what’s going on. You think they’d get some decent training with the controllers in the drones one time I sent a drone in and I got it back broken I recommend you buy DJI not Autel robotic drones not worth the headaches of tech-support.

I am glad this is available as insurance, but hope to not need it.
