I paid $80 for next-day
I paid $80 for next-day shipping on the Autel Evo Lite+ and have spent two weeks trying to get it to work. The drone won’t register, the remote won’t connect, and it won’t recognize my phone. Customer support has been slow, and while they’re trying to help, it’s been a frustrating experience for such an expensive product. I expected much better from Autel, both in terms of the product itself and the service. For a brand that’s supposed to be a top-tier option, this experience has left me frustrated and feeling like I didn’t get what I paid for. Hopefully, things improve, but right now, I can't recommend them based on my experience.
