I have been a loyal Australis customer for years and have always loved their products, but my recent experience with their customer service was beyond disappointing. I ordered a package that was incorrectly addressed by Australis, despite the correct details being on my order confirmation. This caused significant delays as the package was repeatedly rerouted by Australia Post. When I contacted Australis, I was told the address had been "updated," which was not true, as the package arrived with the incorrect address still on it. Not only was the problem never acknowledged, but I also received no apology for the mistake or the unnecessary delay. This lack of accountability and communication left me feeling undervalued as a customer. I hope Australis takes this feedback seriously and improves their customer service processes, as it has soured what has otherwise been a great relationship with their brand.
