Prompt and efficient delivery

Prices were good but dispatching took forever. I had to email them to find out what was going on which turns out was some missing information which they should have contacted me about instead of me contacting them. Shipping took forever and then it was delivered to the post office instead of my parcel locker because whoever dispatched it, left out a number.

Really happy with my order. Everything arrived quickly. Everything I ordered was there and really surprised with the quality of some of the newer products I'd never ordered before.

I purchased items at a reduced rate: I was given a refund because the items were " no longer available"; subsequently the items were available again at the higher price. I'm not impressed with as such business practices.
