The Australis buying process was easily completed on my phone; the products were well explained on the website; the order took a couple of weeks to arrive which was fine. The products are as good as I'd hoped and very reasonably priced, especially since they were on sale.

Have loved Australis for a long time and while I love these smaller compact shadows, the pigment isn’t very good. Bring back the bigger size cases with the stronger pigment. Also the texture feels like it’s changed, more crumbly. Love the colour range though 😐
