Received order exactly as I expected, in timeframe I expected - knowing how long Australis / Innoxa take to deliver, being a long-term customer of Innoxa especially. Very happy with the Australis matte lipstick colours I hadn't tried before. They don't bleed either 😊

Products beautifully packaged with care, fast shipping. Thank you for the free gifts.

Fast shipping excellent service quality products thank you

Love this fun and innovative way to cut down on consumer waste!

Always great service! Checkout is an easy process, shipping times are quick. Comes well packed

Wonderful transaction/s. Such an easy website to navigate. Super fast deliveries arrive well packaged.

The Australis buying process was easily completed on my phone; the products were well explained on the website; the order took a couple of weeks to arrive which was fine. The products are as good as I'd hoped and very reasonably priced, especially since they were on sale.

Have loved Australis for a long time and while I love these smaller compact shadows, the pigment isn’t very good. Bring back the bigger size cases with the stronger pigment. Also the texture feels like it’s changed, more crumbly. Love the colour range though 😐

Very happy with product

I received samples with my order, and actually decent ones!! And my parcel was sent quickly and arrived soon after. Nothing was broken and was packaged well

The product arrived to my door in a very timely manner. I didn't have to wait too long, as I had already run out of my previous purchase and was keen to restock!

All lipsticks is nice, packing is also nice. Worth to buy online.

Great experience from start to finish. The website was easy to use, my order was processed quickly, and the delivery was fast. The product arrived well packaged and exactly as described. I'm very happy with my purchase and would definitely order from this store again. Thank you for the excellent service!
