This was a Christmas gift for my husband. I had almost given up on finding a quality globe at a reasonable price. When I opened the box (very well packaged) I was in shock as to the size and quality! My husband was shocked as well when he saw it! We tell everyone about it and where I found it! Definitely the purchase of the year!

The Phoenix Rising globe arrived a few days ago, and I am very impressed! The build quality, size, and sheer beauty of the plasma effects were as good as I had hoped they would be - very securely packaged as well.

I received my plasma globe a couple of days ago, and haven't been able to stop admiring it, even when it's off. The attention to detail is immense: the old-fashioned "cloth" power connections, the brass controls, and even the details added to the power supply are all beautiful additions to an already beautiful plasma display. The pictures show you what you will receive, but it's even more stunning in person. Thank you, Jerry, for putting the time and effort in to creating such a beautiful steampunk-themed plasma globe. Deal with confidence. I worked with Aurora to find the perfect Plasma globe for myself. After a lot of decision making decided on Tyrian Purple and love it. High quality globes and the company cares that you're happy with your purchase.

Finally the mystery of what happens to matter and energy after it passes through the event horizon of a black hole is resolved. Aurora Plasma Design has succeeded in siphoning off a minuscule portion of that energy through an artificially created sub atomic sized white hole within the confines of the Emerald frenzy plasma globe. Seriously, the Dazzling blue green plasma filaments within Emerald Frenzy plasma globes are dramatically active and bright. I've purchased custom Plasma globes previously as far back as the 1980s and in comparison to what has been available in the past this one is reasonably priced, well constructed, and has an overall aesthetically pleasing design. Most inexpensive plasma globes use very thin glass and are very fragile and none of them are as large as this one. I am extremely satisfied with my purchase. I highly recommend this plasma globe for anybody interested in purchasing a very active and bright large museum quality plasma globe.

The giant plasma globe was perfect. Easy to set up and everything worked. I always wanted a plasma globe ever since I was a kid and when I saw the opportunity to get a giant one I had to bite. It's really neat.

The Phoenix Rising globe delivers in spectacular tendrils of snaking multicolored plasma. It has a soft hum when switched on, reminiscent of a vintage automobile motor's purring. My only minor complaint is that the power cord is on the same side as the switch and nameplate. I would have preferred that it be powered from the opposite side, in similar fashion to most other electronics which have the controls on the front and power cable on the back. Other than that, it is even larger than I anticipated, and the superb packaging ensured that it arrived from its shipping unscathed. Thanks for assembling an awesome product, Aurora Plasma!

Greetings. I recently placed an order for the "Emerald Fury" plasma globe. My purchase was promptly processed and before long, "Emerald Fury" was lighting up my home! My plasma globe arrived in perfect shape and was packed with care. The quality of the globe and woodwork are first-rate. However, the intensity of the display really shines, far exceeding my expectations. I have plans to use the globe in several ways and photography of the unit has been a thrill. Amazing and shockingly Beautiful!!! Everything I ever wanted

When I was a child I saw my first plasma sculpture at the Boston Museum of Science. For years I wanted my very own. The Emerald Fury sculpture truly is a work of art. It's color and the energy inside is simply amazing. I look forward to enjoying my Emerald Fury for years to come. The construction quality, size and beauty are simply breathtaking. The photos and videos don't do these sculptures justice. Trust me on this. You won't be disappointed!

Got my display whoa never thought it would be so big. just beautuful

My Emerald Fury Plasma Globe arrived in the mail today, and it was everything I hoped it would be. In fact, it was even more than I had hoped, as the color gradation moved between green, purple and blue depending on the ambient light present in the room. I can completely understand how the emerald green color was discovered during their quest to arrive at a true blue. In ambient room lighting, the globe glows a beautiful shade of blue; but in a darkened room the color moves to the emerald green hue. Because of that, I love it even more; but ultimately it's true what the other reviewers have said about the globes. They are beautiful works of art, and the best plasma globes I have ever seen. Great job, guys! :-)
