Chaos!.... fun globe to play with and just look at.... soft green hue I turn it on low and use it as a night light in my bathroom..... base has a nice elegant feel to it.... globe feels very upscale.... well worth the money

This globe came packaged VERY well, and looks quite nice sitting out in the open. This particular globe has the trademark Genesis coloration, but much faster paced and more rigid, leaning closer to the "Emerald Fury" effect. Very beautiful globe, mesmerizing to say the least. Had the Tyrian Purple for a couple of weeks now and it is very nice. Mesmerizing and relaxing to watch, sort of like a campfire without the smoke and heat. It is much better than the small globe I had a kid. The only drawback so far, is that it is not powerful enough to re-aminate lifeless tissue. But maybe if I had two...

I built my first tesla coil 30 years ago and began experimenting with plasma globes shortly after. The Emerald Fury plasma globe is a work of art. The build quality is excellent!

I just received my Genesis Series 2 Plasma Globe #91 of 100 a few days ago and...I LOVE IT and you will too if you purchase one!! First of all it shipped in one piece which I was concerned about. Secondly, upon opening the package it is truly is enormous and well constructed. Turning it on and using it? Even more amazing!! I am a nerd at heart and love Tesla. I remember seeing these in museums growing up and never thought for the life of me I could own one! It lives up to and exceeds my expectations and if I could describe the interaction with it I would say it is both fascinating and hypnotic. Well worth the price. Also, I called the 800 number to just ask a few basic questions and they picked right up and answered all my questions right away. Great experience all around. Buy one of these for your family and yourself! You will be happy you did! :-)

It was almost 30 years ago, that I was in Boston strolling from one gallery to another when i camp across a unique display of palsma balls that were huge and amazing. i told myself that some day, I would have one of my own. Thanks to Aurora, I now have one. The operation is easy and the display, spectacular. I have 2 observations that, I think, would add value to each unit. 1) the power input cord is on the front of the unit in the same recess as the power knob. It's a little unsightly to have this on the front of the unit. 2) The mechanical noise level seems a bit high. I'm not sure if it's a cooling fan or the Van de Graaff generator but it is louder than I had anticipated.

The first Phoenix Rising that was sent was damaged by the shipping company and I never saw it. After receiving the second one I was very impressed with the time and care that was spent packing the Plasma Globe. The replacement globe was all so sent quickly which I really appreciate it! The Globe itself is amazing and everyone who has had the privilege of seeing it agrees it is awesome. I'm very happy with my purchase!! Thank you!

I just received my Tyrian Purple plasma globe today and it is as beautiful as I expected from the video. The undulating tendrils of plasma are hypnotic and I love the combination of lavender and pink. The ability to change the power setting is a neat feature that allows you to drastically change the display. The plasma is also brighter than I expected. While it is obviously most striking in a near dark room, the plasma is still quite impressive in a dim room where you can easily see everything around you.

We are going to use it as a " Best in Show Trophy " at the IX Center Piston Powdered Show "Hot Rod Asylum " ...We are going to mount it to a larger wood plaque so we can add the show info. The Theme is moving forward in to the past...The ball is Perfect. Let me know if you would like any pictures. Bill
