Steelcase Australia are a good, reliable company in the business of making and selling comfortable office chairs. I was really pleased with the promptness of the delivery, the fact that it came on time and pre-assembled as I requested, and the excellent condition of the chair. My only request for improvement would be for Steelcase to restore its showroom in Melbourne.

Great chair, pricey, but worth it and the most comfortable I've ever had

Solid and comfortable chair. Love the not too aggressive lumbar design. The mesh on both back and bottom also make it very breathable in temperate climate like Singapore. However, the arm support needs improvement. For a chair more expensive than the Gesture, the arm parts are way too shaky and lack the same level of articulation.

Table is wobbly and tilts with anything heavy and not suitable for drinks or food or fragile equipment that cannot be dropped

Great Steelcase Coalesse table - versatile and easy to live with. I really like how it is foldable and lightweight, which makes it easy to store when not in use. I’ve found it surprisingly versatile - perfect for tech (laptop/iPad), casual meals, wnd as a side table, and it works well across different rooms. Simple design, practical, and genuinely useful. Highly recommend

Refused to change delivery slot. The chair is horribly overpriced and did not cure my back problems, even for such a steep price. I also expected it to give me special powers but it failed in that regard too.

It’s wobbly and uncomfortable. Armrests are truly 4D and constantly adjust themselves against your will. I’m not sure if all chairs are like that, or perhaps the fact that it was a three years old and already at least once returned chair made it worse. I returned it shortly after it arrived. One extra star for okay customer support.

My wife has a persistent lower back problem and we have been trying out different chairs which helps to address her discomfort. We finally managed to find a suitable chair and the buying experience was great

Comfortable, comparing to a Aeron Chair from Herman Miller this has been a big upgrade.
