I’ve had a very good experience with this chair so far. It feels comfortable and supportive, especially for longer periods of sitting. The quality is excellent, and it has helped make the setup feel more organized and practical. Overall, I’m very happy with my purchase and would recommend it.

This chair is so comfortable and great build quality. I used to suffer from back and neck pain from working at a desk and this has helped a lot. Additionally, our cat destroyed our last 2 office chairs, but when my husband bought one of these our cat completely left it alone, so I bought one too. The cat doesn’t seem interested in them at all. Highly recommended if you have cats that tend to claw at furniture. It’s still in pristine condition :)

I purchased the Think Chair (Order No. #IN10216) on 24/03/2026, and overall, I’m quite satisfied with the product. The build quality and comfort are in line with expectations, and it has definitely improved my seating experience. However, I noticed that the price of the same chair has recently dropped from ₹54,975 to ₹51,310. This was a bit disappointing, as the reduction happened shortly after my purchase, resulting in a price difference of ₹3,665. Given this, I would request you to kindly consider a price adjustment, refund of the difference, or any goodwill gesture such as store credit. It would really enhance my overall experience with Steelcase. As for the rating, I would currently rate the product 4 out of 5. I don’t usually write reviews for furniture, but this chair deserves one. . . especially because I initially thought it was overpriced. I’m a Pediatrician and Neonatologist (specialist for newborn babies) and spend long hours in my OPD. . . examining children, typing continuously, and sitting in awkward positions between patients. So ergonomics is not optional for me. . . it’s essential. What sets this chair apart is not just comfort, but intelligence in design. It acknowledges a simple truth. . . that real-world work involves constant micro-movements, not static perfection. From a clinical standpoint, this distinction is critical. For the price its not very fancy. The pictures looks nicer. Instead of a hunk of plastic arms why not something shiny per the pictures. Bum still wants to slip off the chair encouraging slouching. Otherwise, good.

Above average product, lumbar support is good, the delivery was sub par.
