Great product, the price might seem expensive but as someone with servere back problems Ive never had as much relief and comfort from a chair ever.

細部まで簡単に調節できるのでワーキングチェアとしてはもちろんのこと、リラックス用としても使用出来て素晴らしいです。特に気になっていた腰、背中のフィット具合が優れていて疲れを軽減してくれていると思います。

オンラインショップで注文した後、到着まで約１週間との文言はその通りだったのですが、注文から発送、発送から到着、の2段階に分けて考えた時もう少しやりようがあるのではないかと感じました。 注文から発送の連絡までは２営業日、これは妥当との印象です。 その三日後に運送店から「いつ届けるか」の問い合わせがあり最速というそこから三日後に届けて頂きました。届けて頂いたその場で業者の方が開梱するやり方のため届け先が不在というわけにはいかないのでしょうが。 運送業が大変、という認識を持ってはいるものの、発送の連絡を受け、届くのを待っている心持でがっかりした印象を持ってしまったのも事実です。 オンラインショップの話ではなく実店舗の話ですが、公式ショップは申し込もうとしたものの予約が埋まっており２か月待ちで断念、実際に座ることのできる店舗を紹介頂いていたので行き、複数種類座って決めました。公式がなかなか予約が取れないのは残念です。

Very poor service. Returned chair. I was charged 4k plus for restocking. Its more than 10 days i returned but i dint get my refund. Will i get credit card interest paid by steelcase???

外見はコンパクトだが、座ってみるとどっしりとした広さがあった。操作感や姿勢にフィットするのは言わずもがなだが、柔らかい布系の生地で衣擦れが起きないようになっているのも、長時間座ることを考えて作られていると感じた。

Great backsupport but the armrests are not leveled. Right side armrest is 1cm higher than left side arm rest which causes unbalanced shoulders.

Upon unboxing and inspecting the product, I noticed a distinct dent on the right-hand side of the "armrest".

Shipping and promptness of delivery was great. Price was great and product is great.

I’ve had a very good experience with this chair so far. It feels comfortable and supportive, especially for longer periods of sitting. The quality is excellent, and it has helped make the setup feel more organized and practical. Overall, I’m very happy with my purchase and would recommend it.

This chair is so comfortable and great build quality. I used to suffer from back and neck pain from working at a desk and this has helped a lot. Additionally, our cat destroyed our last 2 office chairs, but when my husband bought one of these our cat completely left it alone, so I bought one too. The cat doesn’t seem interested in them at all. Highly recommended if you have cats that tend to claw at furniture. It’s still in pristine condition :)
