I could choose a date the bookcase was delivered, which was so convenient.

The customer service is really good but there was a mix up with the delivery. Although the delivery is done by a 3rd party, so it's not really Koala's fault. Koala did refund me the delivery fee and throw in gift cards! so it's all good now :D
