I've shopped a few times with koala and have never been disappointed. Product, delivery, and service all high quality.

Good service. We had to return a first mattress that was too hard. The driver came within a week to collect and deliver the luxe model instead. It took them 1-1. 5 week for us to be reimbursed. Hopefully it will be the same process this time to be reimbursed and this new mattress picked up. The luxe mattress is too soft ☹️

Generally responsive customer services, does follow through on issues, however speed can still be improved. Still quite happy with the agents that we dealt with, polite and tried to offer the best solutions.
