The "heavy duty strut" failed less than a month after installation!

Terrible customer service. I tried calling and sending an email soon after I placed my order knowing one of my parts was wrong. No one returned my call. I had to wait till the wrong part arrived to ship it back and get a new one. Then realized I hadn’t received the bearings only to find the ones you made me pay to ship are the wrong ones. Once again, no reply from customer service. I will never buy here again.
