Never had an online or classroom instructor as good as Jim Hogan. My online classes were interrupted after I moved from California to Arizona due to a heart condition that set me back and coupled with an episode with Covid 19, I had to request an extension from ARSRE&B which was granted without question and allowed me to complete the required classes at my leisure. Jim Hogan has a way of presenting and explaining the course materials in a very memorable and "story telling" way. When I finally Finished (almost one year later) I took the AZ Broker Exam and passed on first attempt. I give Jim a great deal of credit for this and complement the ARSE&B staff for all of their great support and understanding, they certainly have a repeat client when the time comes for the required continuing education for license renewal. Online is the only way I could have taken the course to obtain my Broker's license. Online provided me the opportunity to work as I could at my own pace. The staff, when I reached out for help I found always helpful and full of encouragement. I would recommend this online Broker Course to anyone wanting to seek getting their Broker license.

While I have a background in real estate, I found Randy's workshop incredibly helpful to understand all aspects of the real estate world. Not only does he make the concepts easy to understand, he gives you that confidence you need when it comes to passing the tests. My name is Jeffrey Beard. I have been battling cancer, for the past 2 years. Having retired early at 56, I thought work was behind me. Then cancer entered my life. I had just turned 63, and that year is just a blur to me. Started last year with 2 more surgery's, then I thought I wanted to do something with my life, before I was told "There is nothing else we can do". So after over 40 years of being in a classroom, I enrolled to be a Real Estate Agent. Sounds crazy, Right? Any way I pushed absolute fear aside and sat in the front row. After a few classes Randy walked in. First impression was not to good. He acted sort of cocky. I quickly realized how wrong I was! Randy is simply amazing! The very BEST instructor I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. Incredibly intelligent, funny, a truly an inspiration. I had the drive to make something of myself and Randy gave me the extra Boost I needed to keep going. I recently passed the State Exam, and I texted Randy before I left the parking lot. I took in-person classes for two weeks which is definitely the way to go. It's a lot of work, but you can move through the process very quickly. After the two weeks of classes, I signed up for Randy's workshop which was incredible. Whether you're confident about you knowledge looking to solidify it, or shaky on a few things, I'd highly recommend that everyone take his class if you can. I passed the school exam first try, then passed the state exam first try a couple weeks later, and all I did to review was go over the slides that I saved from his workshop. I couldn't have done as well if it wasn't for Randy. Thank you!!

Two weeks straight of Real Estate school is a ton of information in a short amount of time to integrate on your own. I finished my 90 hours December 2nd, took Randy's workshop December 3rd and it was where it all came together. By December 20th I passed the State Exam in one shot. Memorizing the facts is not enough for these test. You must understand the details of these concepts in order to do well on your tests and Randy has this all wrapped up in the perfect package for his students success!

Randy is the absolute best. Just pay attention to everything he says in class and attend his workshop, he devotes an entire day to re-teaching the entire book. If you listen to him, you will pass.

If you are having trouble passing your test you need to take randy's workshop!! He is so helpful and makes sure that everyone in the class understands the material before moving on. It is a long day, but he makes it fun and teaches in a way that keeps you focused on the material. I was unable to pass the state test and passed right away after Randy's workshop! I had one more class to take and my computer went down! I called, and talked, to several people with the hope I could get into the streamlined class on time. I started 45 minutes early and absolutely no help. Seems no one had the information or cared to share. I was in the give up mode when Loraleen Durbin called ONE minute before too late to attend!
