⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5-Star Review I recently completed my 90 hours of in-person classes at the Arizona School of Real Estate & Business in Scottsdale, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the entire experience. The quality of instruction was outstanding. Kay Adams, Patti Ballantine, and Nicole Smith are exceptional teachers—knowledgeable, engaging, and genuinely committed to helping students succeed. Their teaching methods made the material clear, practical, and easy to apply. Thanks to their preparation, I took the school exam immediately after finishing my classes and passed on my first attempt. The very next day, I sat for the state exam and also passed on my first attempt. I’d also like to recognize Isabel Baker and the entire support staff at the Scottsdale center. They were helpful, encouraging, and always willing to assist throughout the entire process. Their professionalism made the journey smooth and stress-free. I am truly happy I chose this outstanding school. I highly recommend the Arizona School of Real Estate & Business to anyone looking to start a career in real estate!

Liz is excellent. She is focused, explains the material well, stays on topic to give the information needed to pass the test. Her pacing is great, on time for breaks, going through the course material consistently through. I've had Liz for several of the online courses and can't recommend her more highly. Professional, knowledgeable, organized, great in every way. Best instructor I've had on any topic for quite awhile.

I had been struggling with the same questions on both the School and State exams. Kay took the time to go through many of the questions I had missed and explained them in a way that truly made sense. I took the pre licensing course online (not livestream) because I live up in Show Low, AZ. It was very well organized and easy to follow. Took the school test on Monday in Scottsdale and took the state exam on Wednesday of the same week. Passed on my first try on both tests.

Asreb is a great place but Kay Adams is the most incredible person I have ever met! Her stories alone are worth coming to her class. She is also a fantastic teacher and I love her so much!

I had several virtual instructors during my course session and Kay Adams was by far the best! She's highly knowledgeable and has the greatest sense of humor, which naturally makes class with her so worthwhile and enjoyable. I recently completed my coursework at the AZ School of Real Estate and Business and was so impressed with the instructors who facilitated the on-line classes. Both teachers and moderators were helpful in directing the class in next steps and emphasizing what is needed to pass the school and state exams. I would highly recommend the school to anyone who is considering a career in Real Estate or Property Management. My next goal is to take the Broker's Courses!

Awesome experience with ASREB! The instructors really want to make sure you succeed, and help you every step of the way! Patti, Nicole, and Mark were by far the most engaging instructors I've ever gotten to learn from. Their real life examples bring so much life to the material. They really make sure that you're not just memorizing statutes and rules, but actually understanding them. The front desk staff is great with being there for any miscellaneous questions! They were able to help with everything as well, and really want to make sure you're getting everything you can from the school. Definitely loved my time with ASREB, and can't wait to continue my education through them!

Kay was amazing! After being out of school 23 years I lost touch with how to effectively study. She got me from a 68 to 74 in just one 1- hour session with some tips and tricks! Then a 74 to an 87 in one additional 1-hour session! And I passed my state broker exam on the first try! I highly recommend Kay for one-on-one tutoring! She knew exactly what I needed to get me there!
