This is my second time trying to get my license, it was so much better at this school vice the one I did in Chandler Arizona. When I found time in my busy schedule, I had the incredible opportunity to attend the Arizona School of Real Estate and Business (Scottsdale and Glendale, AZ), and I must say it was an outstanding experience that exceeded all my expectations (I did classroom). As my wife kept asking me to get my license, so I can assist her with showing houses and meeting clients, I sought out a comprehensive and reputable institution, ASREB proved to be the perfect choice. From the moment I entered the building in Scottsdale, I was met with a warm and inviting atmosphere from the two receptionist that sat up front. The administrative staff was highly accommodating, guiding me through process and ensuring that I had the necessary book and something to write with before class had started. The school's commitment to its students was evident as they offered classes that you could take on two different sides of town (Scottsdale and Glendale and even online), and this set a positive tone during my time because of the flexibility. In my opinion the curriculum was well-structured and thoughtfully designed to cover all aspects of real estate. From legal regulations and property valuation to marketing strategies and negotiation techniques, every critical area was addressed. The instructors, all experts in their respective fields, demonstrated a passion for teaching and had a wealth of real-world experience to share. They fostered an interactive learning environment, encouraging questions, debates, and group discussions, which greatly enriched my understanding of the industry. One of the standout features of the school was its emphasis on practical learning. Throughout the program, we were exposed to real-world scenarios and case studies, allowing us to apply the theories we learned in a hands-on setting. As a licensee we are required to do continuing education and sometimes life gets in the way. Paid for my self pace course and unfortunately the course expired before I could complete all the content. Cecelia from ASREB assisted and they graciously extended the deadline. I was so relieved. I have done all my training there and they are truly the Premier institution for seeking initial and continuing education

I had wanted to get into real estate for over 20 years prior to my enrolling at ASREB on 06/04/2023, and starting the next day. I attended the Glendale campus, just minutes away from my professional office, so very convenient. The curriculum, visual screens, instructors ,books, practice tests online and Compucram surpassed my expectations 10 fold. The entire experience has been great, and I know I will pass my test the 1st time, being in that 83% of 1st time test takers. :) Prior to enrolling in this school, I had been told Westford was the best school and when I was ready to go... for whatever reason, Westford wasn't an option for me. I enrolled in another school in 2016/2017 ish in the West Valley, and just gave up for a few reasons. When I decided to give real estate a chance again, I found ASREB online and decided to try it again.... I was fully expecting the experience I had at that other school I tried in 2016 or 2017. This school is nothing like that one! My experience from day 1 has been nothing but fantastic, professional, helpful and full of optimism instead of pessimism. This schools is far above the rest. I LOVE THE INSTRUCTORS AND THE CUSTOMER SERVICE, as well as just the overall positive experience.

I cannot recommend Randy's real estate workshop enough! It was truly the key to my success in passing the real estate exam. Randy's expertise, experience, and passion for the industry are unmatched, and his teaching style is engaging, informative, and easy to understand. The workshop covered all of the essential topics and concepts that were on the exam, and Randy provided real-life examples and scenarios that helped me to fully grasp the material. He also gave us invaluable tips and tricks for taking the exam, which helped me to feel confident and well-prepared when test day arrived. Thanks to Randy's workshop, I passed the real estate exam on my first try! I couldn't have done it without him. I just completed my real estate license course. I took the Saturday Zoom 9 week course. The material is dry but it is all about what is on the test and everything in the course and book is what is tested on. I learned the concepts and did not focus on learning the vocabulary. I took my class test and state test and passed on the first try for each of them. I credit this to learning the concepts and how to apply them. I also credit my great results to the instructors. There was a different instructor for each section. This was actually a great feature because they each had different teaching styles and methods of learning like memory tools so they each gave there own special talents. Each instructor was exceptionally knowledgeable and very open to questions and they each went as far as giving their personal information to ask them questions at any point while you where studying.

Randy is an amazing teacher, he stated in one of my first classes with him," You need to understand the CONCEPT, because if you understand the concept, they can switch the words around in whatever way they want, and you will still understand." This mindset helped me tremendously throughout the class. There are other great teachers such as Pati and Kay, but if you want your teacher to be great you must be a great student, I participated in every class and activity which also helped me tremendously. I did not take Randy's workshop and passed both tests first try with an 84% on the school test. I had one friend take Randy's workshop and he studied those notes profusely and passed both exams after a couple attempts. I have another friend that took the workshop and didn't pass but studied compu-crammer vocab and passed. All of this just to say there are many options out there to try because spending more money won't always fix the issue, sometimes it will though lol. Good Luck!

Everyone at the school is very helpful and does their best to prepare you for the test. Randy definitely goes above and beyond to make sure students pass. Between his time in class and the workshop he provides it is more than apparent that he genuinely cares about the work he is doing. I think me and all those who had class with me can agree that Randy is happy to help anyone who is willing to learn.

I started self paced classes online back in 2020. When it was time for me to actually retain everything and take the school test I was lost and hopeless. A co-worker told me about Randy’s workshop class and I decided to sign up. Is it 14 hours? Yes. Did it feel like 4 hours though? Yes. I don’t think I could have passed the school and state exam without the help of Randy. I went from a 66% before his workshop to a 77%. I passed the state exam the next day, first try! I strongly encourage you to take the leap and do the class, I promise you won’t regret it. Randy will make it so easy for you to study and learn the information. I scored 100% on my deed of trust portion because of how he taught us how to learn it. He is hilarious and I wish I could have taken in person classes with him as my instructor.

I started the online/livestream school in January 2023, with the plan of passing the school and state tests first try after completing the courses (I did). The best thing that has come out of this school has to be Randys Workshop. It's a 14-hour review of the 90-hour course, if you never get the chance to take a class from Randy before your test, I implore you to take the workshop. I halfway through (chp 9) when I first took the workshop then took it once more when I finished the course. Please believe me when I tell you the 14 hours is more than worth it. Taking the workshop in the middle of the course helped me with things I already knew and helped me have an understanding of things I would learn after. Then retaking it after I finished the course. Randys workshop and Randy are one of the main reasons I passed the tests, he has such a way of teaching and explaining. PLEASE TAKE HIS WORKSHOP!!!!!

Although everyone told me to take the school test as soon as possible taking the course. That didn't happen because the day after I finished my classes, I went on a business trip and then it time for the holidays and I was TOTALLY distracted. Fast forward to early January. I also stumbled upon Randy's seemingly crazy 13-hour Real Estate Workshop (that actually went to 15 hours because I believe he may be a little crazy). Best. Decision. Ever! It was exactly what I needed to get me back on track. Surprisingly, he even gave out his cell number and asked that we let him know when (not if) we passed the exam. He was one of the first people I texted this morning. I am so appreciative of his support and dedication to his students. Thanks so much Randy!!!

I had a great experience taking the real estate course last year. All of the facilitators and staff I interacted with were very professional, knowledgeable and invested in my success and satisfaction. I signed up for the online course, but did not know that I needed to adhere to solely classes available online to be eligible to take the school exam. As a result, I took some in-person classes along the way. I mention this because in some ways I can say that I had the benefit of experiencing both options and can confidently say that they are both good options. I ultimately finished all of the online course in order to take my exam and appreciated the flexibility that it offered me while I managed my busy schedule. The online content was interesting and presented about as well as I could imagine. Doing the coursework in the textbook is of special importance when doing the online work in order to build a greater understanding of everything. The live and in-person classes also left me with no complaints or reservations. I wish I had made use of opportunities to reach out to the instructors with questions about the course content as they do make themselves available and their insight into specific questions is very valuable. I passed both the school and state exams on the first attempt and I am happy to have chosen ASREB in preparation for my new career.

I stumbled upon Randy's Real Estate Workshop course one day when I was lucky enough to have Randy facilitate a class of mine. I honestly don't remember what class he facilitated because he shared so much knowledge with passion and enthusiasm. I immediately signed up for the Real Estate Workshop and found it to be critical in my preparation for the school and state exams. The workshop began at 8 AM and I think I lasted towards the end of it at 10:30 PM or so. Yes, it's a long class. It's a comprehensive, no nonsense approach to what one needs to know to do well in the exams. Randy provides dozens of helpful slides and supplements the information along the way with great insight and recommendations. Given his years of experience and legal background add tremendously to the workshop. The Real Estate Workshop provided the insight and structure I needed to pull everything together in a meaningful way. I was fortunate to pass both exams on the first try and I credit Randy and the Real Estate Workshop as a significant factor in my success. I definitely believe it is worth the investment and I would choose to do it again without hesitation.

After taking the 2 week in person real estate sales course, which is full on with a massive amount to take in, I immediately followed the next day with Randy’s workshop. The workshop is long, yes, but essential in my opinion. After 2 weeks of learning everything necessary, the workshop pulled the everything together and started to make sense if it all. Randy focuses on key points that are needed for the tests. With repetition making the facts and concepts stick in your mind. The day actually went pretty quickly with lots of breaks in between. Randy will stay until the very last question is answered. The school book is great but lengthy. The workshop notes that are given on the day are concise and perfect for exam study. With absolutely no background in real estate, I took the school test quickly after the workshop and passed with 88% and took the state test 24 hours later and passed that as well. All the tutors were great and experts in their field.
