It took months to send my package, the Bliss brush is missing, I didnt received it. I hope the product works

I give this brand 5 stars because their clay mask is amazing and absolutely worth the wait! Shipping took about a month, which was slightly disappointing (but reasonable considering from Australia to America), next to finding that my fresh facial set was missing the brush and key for easier application. I’m hoping these are still on the way or that this will otherwise get sorted out. They were sold out of these two items, independently, when I purchased the bundle, and can understand that these things happen. I still can’t recommend the product enough for the confidence it’s shaped!

My order took a month and a half to arrive and it came incomplete, I ordered a fresh face kit and I only got the mask and the microfiber cloth… the brush and the key were not in there and I’m a little disappointed because I did not the whole pack

Okay mask but honestly it didn't make any noticeable difference for my skin. It wasn't particularly moisturizing, or pore cleaning or really anything. I even left it on longer a couple of times and it was the same. Just sort of there and I didn't notice any significant difference than just washing my face as normal. I probably wouldn't buy it again but will use up what I did buy. Maybe it's a long game product? I used it twice a week for 3 weeks so far.

Shipping was a bit slow, but not awful. Packaging is fine. Now for the product. Literally did nothing for me. Super bummed
