It's been almost a month and the package still hasn't been given to the shipping company to start shipping. I have tracking so I can see it's still in your warehouse.

I still haven't received my product. Though the tracking number shows delivered . . . Suspicious

If I can rate this with a zero I would since I NEVER received the product. I have not received my order. From it being delayed almost 2 months now when I purchased it last Dec. 3. Communicating with the company in updates to my order, to receiving an email that it’s on the way on Jan. 14, and still nothing. No shipment of any kind has arrived. It definitely is not stolen because there is a doorman who receives every package that comes in to the building. So nope, not stolen. Can’t blame the snow storm because the package was supposedly in transit from January 14. So nope, can’t use that excuse. So no, I cannot review this product since I never received it.
