The customer service was responsive and the product is great quality

I emailed 3-4 times about an issue during checking out my order and the customer service just plainly said they will be looking into it. . and nothing was resolved from their end . . and i havent even gotten a response for my last question on the same issue and i havent heard back from them for a week already. . neither did they honor a promo code nor they responded with a clarification on how to proceed wth my order checkout. .

It took forever to get my order. I had to contact them twice. The person that helped me was very kind, courteous and prompt. I finally received the rest of my order today and I didn’t even get the right product I ordered.

I never received the product yet. It’s been 19 days and almost Christmas

I have yet to use the product long term. No need to purchase the brush. It uses poor quality glue for the stick and the brush.

Good product, skin is very renewed and fresh after use, I see a definite improvement in texture and it has a healthy glow and color to it
