I didn’t get everything from my order

Awful product

I have not received the complete order

I bought my product in November, and no one contacted me to let me know there was a delay because some items were out of stock. Then I received it two weeks ago, but some items were still missing. I don't know why I had to wait two months if you were still going to ship it with stuff missing.

I had a really high expectations of the product but is not good for my skin, is causing me a allergy reaction

I have cystic acne that I’m treating so no real improvement yet with the mask But it has calmed my skin down and the mask feels great on my face so still working towards glowing!

Never received my order

Ordered in Dec 13 and I'm still waiting for it to be delivered so without a product to review, I have to go with 1 star.

Need better website tech or automation updates.

I had to check in twice on my order (zero communication from them about delayed shipping or an ETA) and it took just shy of two months to arrive. The brush was missing and although I have contacted them about it being shipped to me at some point in the future, I have low expectations of ever receiving it.

Great company. One of the products in my order was waiting to be restocked and they gave me options to suite whatever my needs were at the time.

everything was perfect

I love the cleanser and the cream in this cold weather we are having in the US. They have been a good addition to my skincare routine.

Not all items came

I haven’t even received my order yet well what I got was that cloth thing only in the box and I did reach out to customer service email and was promised a replacement when available but nothing as of yet and yeah there’s nothing to rate what a disaster not ordering anything else

I DID NOT RECEIVE MY ENTIRE ORDER, I ONLY RECEIVED THE MASK AND FACE CLOTHE There when can I RECEIVE THE REST OF MY ORDER????
