Still have not received my item. No tracking and no contact from seller.

I have been trying to get in touch to return this product. I had a severe allergic reaction. I have not gotten a response. The tube is full because I was only able to attempt to use it once before seeking medical treatment.

I have not received it yet. It’s taking forever.

This is the first negative review I've ever left, but I feel other customers should know about my experience with ASARAI. I placed an order for over $180, but my package never arrived. After weeks of repeatedly cycling through the same USPS facility, the Postal Service confirmed that the package was lost. At this point, I've lost nearly $200. I contacted ASARAI and have since sent at least four emails requesting assistance. I have not received a single response from customer service. The only emails I've received from the company have been promotional emails and, ironically, an email asking me to leave a review. I understand that shipping carriers sometimes lose packages. That's unfortunate, but it happens. What prompted this review is ASARAI's complete lack of customer service. A lost package can be replaced. Ignoring a customer after multiple attempts to make contact is far more concerning.

Products are great, but. . . I ordered set Grab & Glow and didn't receive Turn Key in it. I was not happy about it.

I received my order incredibly quickly, and everything was beautifully packaged. From the moment I opened it, I could tell a lot of care had gone into the experience. I honestly cannot recommend Asarai enough. I've already told my family and friends about these products because they've completely transformed my skin. The Asarai Cleanser is, without a doubt, the best cleanser I've ever used. It cleanses thoroughly without leaving my skin dry, tight, or oily. Instead, my skin feels soft, balanced, hydrated, and incredibly comfortable after every use. The Retinol Serum has exceeded every expectation I had. I was hesitant to try another retinol because my skin is so sensitive, but this formula has been gentle while delivering incredible results. My complexion is brighter and more even, my skin feels deeply hydrated, and the fine lines on my forehead have visibly softened. My skin looks healthier, smoother, and has a natural glow that I've never been able to achieve with any other skincare product. For the first time, I've found products that truly live up to their promises. These have become permanent staples in my skincare routine, and I will absolutely be repurchasing them. If you have dry or sensitive skin and have struggled to find products that actually work, I can't recommend Asarai enough.

Not seeing a difference yet

I never received my products. I got an email saying they shipped. . but I never got them. And no delivery confirmation. I ordered 2 tubes! They are not cheap.

Now wait… Used it once so far No improvement yet. Unlike the ad where with one wipe skin imperfections are gone, I realize I have to use it a few times to see results. I didn’t realize I have to use it 3 times a week With a busy schedule it seems like a lot to ask Not sure how long the tube will last before I see results

I like this product a lot. There was no instant, massive difference like you see from the influencers but by the 2nd or 3rd time using it I have noticed a gentle evening of my complexion. I am very much impressed and will keep using this!

Everything that I have read and seen in posts is 100% accurate. The only way to find out is to purchase this and see for yourself.
