The shipping was good, didn´t have to wait long for the product after I ordered it. The website is very good.

After 21 days didn’t receive yet

Ordered start Jul, well into Aug, but yet to receive my package. Tracking still says it’s being sent all around US and hasn’t even left for SG.

Absolutely love! it helps my skin so much people have complimented me on looking brighter. i love using after rough skin days. I put my sister on it and have had to replenish.

Skincare is genuinely great. Shipping and logistics are slow

Not good . . . . not worth the hype

Amazing mask that visibly and physically makes a difference. Also let three other people try it and they saw the same results after their single uses. My skin is so smooth, I’m wearing less makeup and it feels more radiant. I will absolutely buy this again for myself and as future gifts.

Bought it to achieve a more even skin tone. I didn’t notice any difference or effect after using the mask three times, every other day or two. On the fourth use, I developed skin irritation that looked like acne, even though I’m not prone to acne and my skin isn’t sensitive.

Shipping is awful. I ordered this a month ago and it's still not here. I reached out to customer service, and they have no clue where my order is. They sent me a replacement, and it's still not here yet. Wish I could review this product.

Not impressed

I was supposed to receive my package on 7/28/26 and it is now 8/4/26 and nothing, not even an update.

I paid for these items, received shipping confirmation, and now it’s just stuck in a “order processing” status. I have NEVER received these items so I couldn’t even rate them if I wanted to. Receiving a “rate the product” email indicates that they as a company got notification of completed delivery but it simply has not been delivered. This is extremely frustrating because these products are not cheap. I was very excited about them but will not be ordering again until my original purchase arrives. (It’s been over a month so this isn’t an issue of impatience)

I dont understand why the hype. No improvement seen
