I dont have a problem
I dont have a problem with Fullers products. Got some of the best beers around. Dont have a problem with their online shop and anything related to Fullers. Where they let themselves down is their choice of courier and partnering with DHL - 4 orders this year - 3 broken cases and the hassle of chasing, emailing and then having to wait in again is grating! Wouldnt choose to use DHL if they were the last courier on earth - dont give a hoots that it says Fragile on the boxes. I want Fullers to give us an option to choose the courier we can select.

Superb Imperial Stout! Traditional and
Superb Imperial Stout! Traditional and not overly sweet as it seems to be in recent trends. Beautifully made, long, lingering flavour, and if you get a fe,w you can keep one to mature for another year. It will only get better. Fullers knocked it out of the park with this one.

Ordered the three special beers,
Ordered the three special beers, along with two glasses…. including the half keg glass. Everything turned up, other than the half keg glass. Called and was told it was being dispatched separately (great to know but wasn’t mentioned in my email) but, several days later, get an email to say that glass was damaged and no further half keg glasses left! Have a refund……

I have had minor problems
I have had minor problems with two deliveries from Fullers, but a quick email and with no squabbles a replacement has been on the way. But more importantly the range of beers available and the price combined with convenience means there is little more you can ask for
