A repeat AS98 customer, I was pleased to use a loyalty coupon on my recent purchase. Boots arrived quickly and were securely packed (no crunched shoe box like some stores).

My Cliff’s arrived sooner than expected. I needed to return my 39 for a 40 . My regular size is a 9. Return was simple and painless.

They’re great! Not a lot they can do for faulty soles but that seems to be the only problem that’s reoccurring with their shoes.

I have 5 pairs of AS98 boots… I love them all!! My problem is they have a horrible return policy and horrific CS. When you are paying good money for expensive boots it needs improvement. Example: I ordered a pair and one of the boots was huge and clearly mismarked ( mistakes happen) however they charged me to ship them back and charged me a restock fee. Clearly I am a good customer and keep my orders. It now makes me gun shy to order from them again.
