Heartbroken, I thought that I was investing in good quality since the website states handmade. After only 2 months, the zipper broke, they didn’t have my size to exchange, and I was insulted by the rep stating they can compensate by a $30 credit toward my local repair. I had recommended my friend get a pair. Hopefully hers won’t break.
