I have been slightly disappointed recently with customer service and the rewards program. I reached out to customer service (it took more than 24 hours) to ask for free shipping after my item was one penny off. I had to beg, something a devoted customer should not have to do. Rewards have also gotten more difficult to use with the restructure since a few years ago. A few annoyances, but I still love and will continue to purchase this brand because they are comfortable and so well made.
