On Tuesday, I ordered our new Thermasol steam unit on line from Art of Steam. It arrived on Saturday and I had it installed on Sunday. Our steam shower is now back up and running (our first Thermasol unit lasted 25 years!). Art of Steam made the entire process painless and I would not hesitate to order from them again!

We are converting an existing shower into a steam shower at a new residence. This is our second steam shower. ArtofSteam carries the major brands. We had height restrictions for the generator as well as a need for a wireless control…they had the unit to fit the situation. Secondly, and more importantly, they've got Jake. I bugged this guy for a week with questions and he straightened me out every time. Real likable guy! Thirdly, price. We saved 30% by going with AofS instead of the dealer recommended by our contractor (identical unit). Another 10% by dealing with AofS directly and avoiding WA state sales tax. Lastly, warranty. Our unit came with a leaky intake solenoid…a call to Jake and we had the manufacturer's phone number and they sent a replacement part in two days. AofS…great oufit!
