There were a few issues with delivery that were fully due to the manufacturer's issues but from sale to delivery, ArtofSteam was 100% on top of checking in with the vendor, getting status updates and very promptly and professionally addressing any problem. I would absolutely 100% purchase from ArtofSteamCo again. The online store was pretty easy to find all sorts of things that I didn't even know existed. I found the exact color of a towel warmer that I hadn't been able to find anywhere else. There are tons of options to pick from.
