Quality prints - with great service.

I would receive emails about “how do you like your product” when I had not even received the product yet. Difficult to wait for responses via email so I could keep moving with the project. Everyone I interacted with was very professional and customer focused but the sequences and timing of interacting were just off or too late.

The quality of this book is amazing! The pages are super thick so this will be perfect to use as our wedding guestbook! The images are high quality and the overall make of the book is great! I’m excited to order another photo album from here after we get married! I do wish I had explored front cover designs more, so I’ll be doing that this next time

Wonderful! Pictures were beautiful and exactly how I made the book. Wonderful quality. It was so fun to make and see after our wedding day. I did order my first book and when I got it there were printer lines on some pages, I emailed them and they sent me a whole new book the next week and it’s perfect. So easy and no hassle like other places. I also like the slight matte look to the photos, doesn’t show finger prints or smudges
