We had a family picture book made for our grandaughter's first Christmas. It is not often that a product exceeds expectations, but your baby board book most certainly did!!!! Thank you for giving us a family heriloom that can be passed down through the generations. The quality, durability, and attention to detail was perfect and I know long after I am gone my great-grandchildren will learn at a young age who Grammie and Dapa were!

The quality is excellent! The software used to design the book is very easy to use. My wedding albums turned out exactly as I envisioned. Love them!

Turned out beautifully, a keepsake of my Ireland trip with family. My only concern was going through the process, and realizing the version I was working on I could not put subtitles for the photos. I didn't want to start all over again with a more expensive option, but would have like to known that at the start. I created my own "index" and attached it to the back inside cover for reference.

Hello Artifact Uprising Team, As someone with extensive experience creating photobooks—more than 100 across various platforms—I wanted to share my candid feedback after using your platform for the first time. I was referred to Artifact Uprising by a co-worker and chose your service for a special gift project. I hope these comments help you understand the user experience from a new customer's perspective and identify a few areas for enhancement: - Ease of Use: I found your photobook creation tool less intuitive than other platforms I have used. In particular, adding and editing text felt cumbersome and not as smooth as expected. - Photo Placeholders: I noticed that photo placeholders can’t be deleted, only moved. This made customizing pages more difficult and limited my design flexibility. - Template Selection: The template options are quite limited. For example, I couldn’t find a template that allowed me to arrange five photos on a page, and there were not many choices for other specific layouts either. - Customer Service: Your support is limited to email and chat, and the representatives I interacted with were polite but unable to resolve certain issues or answer some product-specific questions. It would be helpful if they had more in-depth knowledge of the platform’s functionalities. - Technical Issues: The option to email a PDF proof to myself did not work, and though I placed my order, I have not yet received a resolution or a PDF from your team. - Product Flexibility: It wasn't possible to switch between similar products (e. g. , from a hard cover photobook to a photo-wrapped hard cover of the same size) once the project had been started. Other platforms allow this, which can be essential when making last-minute decisions. By the time I discovered these challenges, I had already invested significant time into my project and felt I couldn’t easily start over.
