I had accidentally ordered the wrong size and called right away to see if I can change it and the person I talked to was amazing and able to get it taken care of and I received my package with in a couple of days. . . I wore the pants for hunting elk in Colorado and it was very cold in the mornings,12 degrees out and I stayed Nice and cozy. . we didn't have any rain but I am sure they are waterproof. . very sturdy material. . . I would wash them a couple times with unscented fabric softener to get them more flexible. . . Would definitely recommend. I hardly ever leave reviews but this item was awesome. .

I purchased a pair of Large Elite bibs directly from you, but am very disappointed. The buckles for the straps were installed backwards, so they could not be adjusted to pit. I am 6ft, 210 lbs and had enough room for 3 people in the size Large. I know sizes are different within brands, but these were huge! I had to send them back at my expense ( UPS $25) in order to get a refund for the bibs. Now I do not have a pair of bibs for my next hunt, and am out $25 and time. Very disappointed.

The one star is because the mittens I bought were warm and waterproof. But they split after 1 use. I tried sewing them but the seams kept splitting everywhere so I could not keep up with repair. Then I wrote to customer service asking for help and got no response. Cmon at least you can respond to the customer. Won’t be buying anything from Artic Shield again and will be sharing my experience to all my outdoor loving friends.

I ordered a replacement pair, they are shorter and different.

I had to do a return then my husband decided to try another size and pay to have it shortened so I’m just waiting on my refund. Great quality and he loves it he’s just short.
