Shipping was quick and I received exactly what I ordered. I have purchased Arctic Shield apparel before and always a good experience with quality products.

From ordering to time of shipping was outstanding! Couldn’t ask for anything better.

I will start off by saying I love ArcticShield products and have been a customer for many years. I plan on buying more. However, I purchased some Tundra bibs and the entire crotch ripped out (one season) Looked like defect as it was not ripped. So I reached out to customer service, and they were very professional. They said they would replace them and for me to send proof of purchase along with photos. I did so. Then I was told they no longer carry the Timber pattern. So instead of giving me a full refund, they only gave me 50% off the next purchase. Grateful for the 50%, but I think ArcticShield should have credited me with the same amount as the original purchase. Just left a nasty taste in my mouth.

When you shop online you are taking a chance that 1. ) it will fit. 2. ) that the quality will meet your expectations and needs. Unless there's a hassle free return policy it's not worth it. In my case I discovered this too late. I've submitted a return form and haven't received a reply in over a week. There is a 30 day limitation on returns and items purchased on Cyber Monday for Christmas gifts have practically reached the end of that window. Purchaser is responsible for 100% of the return cost. China made garments are not accurately sized as well

Incredibly cold. I probably would have been warmer in a t shirt. I had on 2 layers on 400g merino wool and heavy fleece and still froze in my 30 degree blind
