Hard to put on be nice if the zipper was in the front pulled zipper off

The size chart isn't very accurate i ordered large according to the fit chart and they are tool small. Won't fit my size 10 boots. Shame on me for not trying them first

Love the jacket I recently purchased from Arctic Shield. This is my second coat, the first one lasted at least 15 years. I think the zippers are the weak points in these coats so we'll see how long it lasts.

Good item for mild winter weather. The elastic waist and tightner string doesn’t perform well enough to keep the pants up. Need to keep pulling up which is a problem when having to make a drive or stalking. Kind of difficult taking off with hunting boots on even with the zipper on the side. I am purchasing suspenders to use with these pants as will really help.

I was told by the girl on the phone these were much warmer than my old ones Not true Pretty much just wasted 200. 00

Bought a new jacket shipped to me with a broken zipper. Contact customer service about issue and was told it looks to be broken from use and not covered under warranty. New jacket out of box and not usable and not covered! Very disappointed in product!!

I had accidentally ordered the wrong size and called right away to see if I can change it and the person I talked to was amazing and able to get it taken care of and I received my package with in a couple of days. . . I wore the pants for hunting elk in Colorado and it was very cold in the mornings,12 degrees out and I stayed Nice and cozy. . we didn't have any rain but I am sure they are waterproof. . very sturdy material. . . I would wash them a couple times with unscented fabric softener to get them more flexible. . . Would definitely recommend. I hardly ever leave reviews but this item was awesome. .

I purchased a pair of Large Elite bibs directly from you, but am very disappointed. The buckles for the straps were installed backwards, so they could not be adjusted to pit. I am 6ft, 210 lbs and had enough room for 3 people in the size Large. I know sizes are different within brands, but these were huge! I had to send them back at my expense ( UPS $25) in order to get a refund for the bibs. Now I do not have a pair of bibs for my next hunt, and am out $25 and time. Very disappointed.
