Very good product. The shipping took a very long time thought (more than what was annonced), but I'm buying from France.

i loved the concept and the initial color results, but the color immediately washed out. like in 2 washes. this was disappointing because arctic fox colors usually last several months on me. it also came in a smaller size than usual, so 2 containers barely covered my medium/long hair. while i usually have leftover product after using 2 bottles. i also noticed a lot of hair loss after applying it, while the formula normally feels nourishing and hair loss is minimal. i really wanted this to work. i was excited for a deep natural red at my professional job, but this experience just wasn’t up to the brand’s usual standards, and i ended up buying a drugstore red as a quick fix.
