The aquarium stand is so sleek! I love it! My original plan is to buy the UNS aquarium stand. But it’s so expensive! Then they have 300 delivery fee. lol. But this one is free delivery charge with same quality. It’s easy to assemble too. So I’m satisfied.

Have not had time to go CO2. Vacations get in the way. I have been looking for UNS 45C cabinet & fishtankly. com & wildlifebeloved. com sell them for $138. How is this possible. Let me know

Have not started my new UNS 45c tank. Would like some advice on how much CO2 to administer to the tank. If you had any thoughts on the subject. Equipment arrived in perfect condition. Will use you again

Great products and quick shipping

Before the review, one thing I want to say is that I’ve placed many orders through your site and have always had positive experiences, and I hope to continue ordering in the future. On Monday, I received an order that was not mine. I contacted customer service and was informed that the other customer who had received my order had already reached out, and that my package had been forwarded to me using a prepaid label. I also requested a tracking number for that shipment but never received a response. I completely understand that mistakes happen, and I appreciate the effort to resolve the issue. My frustration is not with the original mistake itself, but more with the communication afterward. I wish I had been contacted proactively once the issue had been identified, and I also would have appreciated receiving a tracking number when I asked for one. Unfortunately, I’m currently out of town, so my package may now end up sitting outside my door for an unknown amount of time. This is a situation that potentially could have been avoided if I had been informed sooner. Again, I’ve had great experiences ordering in the past and hope to continue supporting your business. I just wanted to share this feedback because better communication in situations like this would go a long way.

Called just to make sure they had the product in stock. Ordered on Monday and paid extra for two day shipping. But, they didn't ship until Friday. Do not appreciate businesses that waste my money.

The Siamensis arrived in perfect condition. She was already displaying beautiful color out of the cup. I am very pleased with my her size and appearance. California to NY without any signs of distress!

It was easy to order products from AFA since they stock products that you need and not confusing products that you don't. It was really great being able to track products each day and everything arrived on time. Products were professionally packaged and arrived in excellent shape. The quality of their products is much appreciated. I will definitely buy more products in near future.

I bit the bullet and bought the ADA pinsettes. I do think they make a difference when planting. The price is a bit much though, It was shipped quickly and the shipping costs were reasonable, unlike some other vendors

I ordered a Twinstar light and vinyl screen for my aquarium. The order was easy to track with daily updates and arrived on time. All products were professionally packaged and arrived in excellent shape. What I like most when shopping on their website is that that they list products that you want/need and not make the shopping experience confusing with too many products listed that you don't need, especially for a beginner like myself. Many products are often on sale which really helps as well. I highly recommend Aqua Forest Aquarium and look forward to purchasing more products in the future.

Got the light for a good price but the shipping takes to long

Excellent plants. AFA communicates well and is very responsive. I only gave them 4 stars instead of 5 because I had paid for one kind of shipping and my order was shipped differently, causing concerns about the safety of my plants and making sure I receive them.

I've sent 3 emails regarding a return, the first one 8 days ago and I have not had a response, this is unacceptable.

The arranged shipper was terrible. They brought the ordered item ADA cube garden 120P and cabinet with a 40' truck which was not able to enter the complex. It's 280lb. item and I don't understand the reason they use 40' truck to delivery. Appliances and furniture are transported with a reasonable size vehicle like minivan. Bringing in with 40' semi truck is unheard of. It's not 5 people are moving to a different state.
