Recently had an emergency situation which required the purchase/upgrade of my nearly 5 year old Resmed Airsense 10 machine to the Airsense 11. After getting squared away with the doctor's prescription update and health care insurance carrier's approval, I was able to finally get my new machine. A similar machine but with some improvements such as touchscreen controls, better graphics readouts and sleeker, more compact look. Different hose and water chamber comes with the Airsense 11, so the few extra ones I accumulated from the Airsense 10 are not interchangeable. The customer service rep I dealt with throughout the process (Colleen) was superb in her professionalism, advice and guidance and followup. It was a pleasure dealing with her. Overall, very positive experience.

Bought more than I needed

I am newly diagnosed for using a CPap machine, and have been using a ResMed Air 11 for about 2 months that my insurance company paid for me to receive through APRIA. I love that machine paired with the nasal mask. The nightly treatment has been life changing for me! I travel often, and so far the ResMed Air 11 has been fine to take on any road trips, or domestic flights. However, I have a couple of hiking trips and international travel planned for later this year, so I have been interested in investing in a ResMed Travel Mini CPap. Since insurance does not cover a Mini, I've been shopping for the best prices. I asked an APRIA rep to call me if it ever went on sale. Sure enough, it went on sale, and he called me. I feel I got an excellent price, and I was very pleased that I could use my Flex Funding Card to pay for it. I love my little mini. It is going to be so easy to just pack and take with me in my backpack. The shipping was very fast, and everything arrived packed up nicely. APRIA also included a box of cleaning pads as a little bonus. I am very pleased with the pricing and customer service I've received from APRIA. I plan to use them again when my husband is ready to purchase his own CPap supplies.
