I tried to order off the website and couldn't find what I needed. Called and the rep was extremely helpful and got my order taken. I received it quickly and correctly.

The sale price for the travel size CPAP machine was great. Before purchasing I called customer service to ask some questions. The agent with whom I spoke was thorough and very well informed. Once ordered it item was delivered in a timely manner and all was as anticipated.

Recently bought the travel cpap. Used it once. Was ok, it served its purpose. Airflow was loud, muffled it by wrapping a blanket around the tube. Also, I have sensitive skin so I need the N30i airtouch mask (I use this with my full size machine). Unfortunately, the travel size doesn't include the airtouch option. The only benefit of the travel size is, the size and I don't need to worry about packing distilled water as it doesn't require water. Heated tubing is also not available so the air is cold- ok for summer, anticipating this will be a problem in winter. Was hoping for better at this price point. After including all the extra parts needed beyond just the machine it was over $1,300. 00. So definitely wait for a big discount if you're going to buy it.
