I wish I could remember her name! But I’m sure you know…anyways, she was the kindest most patient customer rep I have ever talked to!!! I started out asking her questions I was so confused about. She was so kind and cleared it all up for me. Then I had questions about what I needed for both my home Cpap machine and my travel machine. She explained my options very clearly answering any questions I had, then proceeded in a very professional way to fill my orders. I felt like we were friends by the time the call was over!! I just wish I could remember her name & could get her help every time I called in! You have a keeper there!!

It’s not the purchase but the pre purchase advice that is lacking for me. I’ve now invested over $100 in a new mask that was incorrectly sized for me. I made an in person appointment for another fitting but the store is having trouble getting the product. This seems like a problem we shouldn’t have in 2026 America when bots deliver dog food next day.

The person I spoke with was very helpful and personable.

I spoke with a representative about issues I was having and she gave me a lot of recommendations, she was very friendly and offered some supplies that have been very helpful. I’m using the cloth covers for my mask and they are very comfortable.

I bought 3 items. Two arrived quickly and are great. The third was not mentioned and didn’t arrive. After 2 weeks, I contacted Apria. They said the items was back ordered and offered to cancel it and refund my money. No delivery timeframe was given. I waited and my item finally arrived 2 months later. I wish there was better communication on the back ordered item.

It is awkward to talk with people who do not speak clear English. I end up guessing what about every other word is which makes it almost impossible to know if you are getting the correct product. I called what was the local direct line and still get foreign customer service.
