I had some trouble locating and inputting my customer account number on the website, as I wanted to do everything on-line. But once I spoke to the customer service rep on the phone, I got everything taken care of, and the rep was helpful and friendly.

They couldn't split the bill between my FSA Visa and my Visa, when my FSA was a little short of the purchase price. I ended up with a much better deal online than through the phone service. Overall, Im happy with the device, the shipping was fairly prompt, but the service was spotty.
