I was truly blown away with how amazing the customer service was and truly appreciate all that Casey did to help me resolve my own issue. It was a shipping issue and not simple to resolve and honestly I would have understood if at any point she told me tough luck but she never did, she helped me get it all resolved and I truly love my coat too. It was a stressful time bc my dog is having health issues and she just made my month. Thank you Casey! I hope she gets recognized.
