Purchased on 1/22. The threading on the earmuffs came undone during the first wear. I reached out to customer support on 01/27 and no one has ever responded, after multiple email outreach since as well. The return window has closed since, exactly how they hoped I’m guessing. Really disappointing experience and deplorable customer support.

Bags need to come with
Bags need to come with dust covers or offered for purchase with order. Fur on interior is messy and coming through stiching so adding a liner would have been a nice way to hide that. Otherwise great piece.
