They perform as advertised. Took away the pain in my feet and made the walk from the lift to the car like a walk in the park.

I can’t say enough about my new Apex Antero VS ski boots. I have been skiing since I was 7. Now at 58, somewhat advanced level skier, I have found the most comfortable ski boots ever. My feet are kept nice and warm. Not to mention the great response I get from them. Plus the ease of getting in and out of them. These boots have definitely revolutionized the ski boot industry. Now I wouldn’t even call it a con, but one thing I did notice when wearing the exterior brackets, the boots are a tad heavier than the traditional ski boots I have used in the past. However when I consider again all the ease, comfort, and the great response I’m getting from my Apex Anteros, it doesn’t matter. Apex ski boots will be the only ski boots I’ll use going forward. I have never enjoyed ski boots as much as these. Thank you Apex! A+

With having my left ankle replaced, I needed a boot that would fit and stabilize my ankle. It’s nice not to have a plastic shell, and not having it modified to fit my foot. So I’m looking forward to using them next season. Oh by the way, the boots fit perfectly and was able leave them on with out discomfort. To me that’s a win.

I am on my second pair of Apex boots I am Ski Patroller so I am in my boots a 3 or 4 times a week for sometimes 10 hour days. The comfort and warmth of Apex boots made it easy for me to get a second pair after wearing my first pair for 7 seasons. Having a boot that is rigorous enough to handle running a toboggan down an icy slope and then clipping out of the frames to work around base area is Huge! Apex’s customer service has been great A phone call about a broken buckle was answered by a live person and the replacement parts were expressed so they arrived before noon the next day. Well worth double the price of admission!!!

I bought direct from APEX these boots last year after testing them in Switzerland. unfortunately they are not sold in France. after skiing 2 seasons with them I would not imagine skiing with another boot. they are so comfortable and easy. I however would suggest for future models a higher border in front of the shoes and a strap to carry the bodies.

The boot is extremely inconvenient, it does not make walking around more comfortable, and it causes an extreme pain in the ankles when skiing.

Bought the Antero VS boots a month ago in preparation for a 5 day trip to Keystone with my three 30+ year old kids. The Apex boots were a game changer! I have been skiing for four decades. Most recently, I have only been able to manage a couple of trips a year to CO where my daughter lives. Unfortunately, my experiences over the past 3-4 years have been mixed due to poor fitting boots and I have spent much of my time either exchanging them for different boots or making adjustments. Those days are in my rear view mirror. The Apex Antero VS offer a rare combination of comfort and performance that I have never experienced before. I would highly recommend these boots to anyone who is beginning to believe their ski days are behind them due to the aggravation and discomfort of their ski boots.

The boots are very comfortable. Easy to put on and take off. I bought a size larger as recommended on your website, but possibly 2 sizes bigger would have been better. I'm not so familiar with ski boot sizes, so....

Nice idea to have flexibility for walking versus skiing. Experiencing discomfort due to limited ankle stability and support, even with tightness adjustment used to maximum, when skiing aggressively. Not sure how to correct this to avoid ankle irritation after day of skiing the whole mountain. Need enough flex to provide carve control without too much give leading to poor connection and blisters bruising.

I ordered the boots through REI, only to find out they didn't have my size. I then ordered the boots directly with Apex. I took the boots to Golden Colorado demo center and the two gentlemen there did a great job of making the fit of the boots the best. Best week of skiing I've had in many many years.

I had PSIA ski instructor training in January in -9 degree weather in Attatash, NH. My Apex Antero VS kept my feet from feeling like ice blocks! I was training on the hill for two days, and while my feet were cold, they would have been frozen otherwise. Plus I always get lots of questions when people see them. When I see other Apex users it is as if we are part of an exclusive club... and we are! Customer service is also amazing! Keep the Faith.

Absolutely love my new Apex boots !! My previous boots were so uncomfortable by the end of the day, but no longer. I’m able to go all day in these boots and am also able to adjust the tightness custom to my skinny ankles. After skiing, while walking, I feel like I’m in my slippers. I’m giving my Apex boots a 10 out of 10 score !!
