I got a notice that my package was delivered, but it was not there when I arrived home. There is a large sign telling the shipping company not to leave packages, but they did anyway. When I contacted you, the person was rude by email and told me that the problem is mine to deal with. This is not normal for a company - as the shipper, you should deal with the shipping company. Until I have the package, the responsibility is yours.
