Charged me more than two and a half times actual shipping cost. Charged me 94 CDN to ship 2 items in a small box and the actual cost to ship was 36 CDN. USPS confirmed what they actually paid to ship my items. I called ALS to complain and was met with "you'll have to call USPS to work it out". I told them I did and I was met with rudeness and then a manager hanging up on me. I was polite and cordial at all times. This company is nothing but as bunch of scam artists. I'll spread the word in my Online Lamp groups. This company does not deserve our business. SCAMMERS

We purchased the spears - 6" for our lamps to replace some of the broken crystals - ours are more intricate however these work great in the back of side of the lamps.
