Customer service is absolutely horrible. If you need to return an item, good luck. I’ve sent email after email to request return assistance, and can not get a reply.

They are lovely, but are being used as finials on walking sticks and Druid-esque “living wands”.

Great

I ordered a glass student shade from Amazon that arrived completely shattered. I re-ordered and the second shade arrived broken as well. Both were improperly packaged, and returned at some inconvenience to me for a refund. The shipping label fortunately indicated Antique Lamp Supply as the product source, so I ordered the same shade directly with your company. I was very pleased to receive the intact shade within five days, properly packaged, and $5 cheaper. Thank you Antique Lamp Supply for your quick service and properly packaged product. The glass shade looks great on my antique Rayo lamp. Michael Audette
