Think your marketing strategy for Carbon N2 should be more trouble-shooting focused, especially since you’re trying to pull a novice customer toward the non-stick properties of Carbon steel with Nitride coating, when, in fact, there’s more underlying factors impacting our success or failure out here in the real world. Heat Cooktop gas, coil element electric, glass cooktops, induction, ALL WITH VARIABLE characteristics. Cooking oil variables, nut, corn, olive, etc. , etc. , smoke points, butter vs tallow vs etc. , etc. And then there’s our expectations vs reality when we’re moving from conventional non-stick, but unhealthy cooking surface cookware. I’m going to conquer this pan yet. Now, web ordering, shipping and loyalty programs to save a few dollars was welcomed and appreciated.

Very happy so far with Anolon. My kitchen is well-stocked with tools and gear, but I'mm reducing duplication, and getting away from manmade nonstick surfaces like teflon, etc. So in time, I'll be selecting more kitchen gear from Anolon.
