Had issue placing an order and reached out to customer service and they were very helpful.

Trying to place an order. Keeps saying address not supported. I live in NY. Would think that address would be supported.

We have tried to receive warranty service. After submitting 8 months ago, and receiving a ticket number, we followed up twice more and have not been contacted, despite the 3-5 working day estimation stated in the ticket. Poor service.

Not happy too large for residential home burners and bought one for me and one for daughter. When went to return said I had to pay shipping, which was outrageous, so now stuck with pans I can't use and money wasted

other than the prompts in the box are hard to read

I had high hopes for for pan- very expensive but that didn’t deter me - I’ve used it 20-25 times - I preheat it , I use plenty of oil , I keep the heat at medium, never more that medium high. I have an induction stovetop. Impossible to season. Everything sticks , veggies, meat - yikes !

Never had any issue with Analon products or services.

This was my second attempt at a carbon steel nonstick pan and though Anolon is better than the other manufacturer it still isn’t truly nonstick I don’t think this NOx process works. A lot of seasoning and still eggs stick. In both cases I was hoping for a good nonstick alternative that wasn’t as delicate as ceramics

Wish they design more pot & pan for this particular model or brand.

Love this small pan. Perfect for making single meals such as a scrambled egg or stir fry veggies. Easy to clean and attractive turquoise color.
