NMeeded to return for replacement because of damaged handle cover. However, the return/replace process is just too comp;licated.

Items were packaged very well and arrived in a timely manner.

Ordered an 11 piece set on December 18, paid an additional $36 for 48 hour delivery to insure for pre-Christmas delivery. It is now Monday Dec. 22; I finally wired my way through Analon’s terrible phone system to find out out my order has not fulfilled yet, and the rep could not/would not offer an assert as to when my order will be shipped, only to state that I will be notified by email when it has been fulfilled and finally shipped. So much for giving Analon Cookware set as a Christmas Gift!!! This experience has forced me to finally learn to write and post a review.

It is the best cookware that, I have in a long time. I wished I would have knowing about it long time ago.

Never got product, card was charged, I reported to bank as fraud.

Out of box not as non stick as I thought it would be. Seasoned twice-eggs still stick. Nice pan otherwise. Hopefully over time will get more non stick.

My husband and I have used this pan with plenty of oil and the sticking is beyond belief. When I contacted customer service to arrange a return, they refused, and then started to ghost my requests / questions. Absolutely would not buy.
