Everything was very nice. I just wish the packing was a little bit more sturdy had a lot of fertilizing droppings in the box.

Appears to be killing every insect in the yard, i used twice the amount due to the “table salt size of the granules”, (Even though I placed my Scott’s elite spreader at a smaller size setting than listed on the bag). I will not yell to much about the amount used due to the positive results. 🇺🇸

I replanted my yard in the fall of 2024 with TTTF. Came in great the following spring. Then summer hit and it started going trough the heat and no water thing. I ended up getting fungus and it was spreading pretty fast. I purchased 1 bag of Prophesy and put it down as instructions called for. Well it stopped the spread immediately. I did a follow up in the fall and a preventive this spring in 2026. Absolutely no signs of fungus and my grass is very healthy and green.

I use this fertilizer / amendment every season and it has given me excellent results on a new lawn after new construction where the soil quality was mostly clay and rock. Over the first 3 years I used this product exclusively, with a couple of other amendment's from The Andersons (HumiChar) as well. Now in my fourth year it's part of my more advanced schedule for each season, but I can attest that my soil quality has dramatically improved. My lawn is drought tolerant with deep roots. When I have pest control or landscaping done I always hear feedback of how my lawn has the best soil in my neighborhood. Recently, I had some trees installed recently and the color of the soil that came out up to 18 inches down was a dark rich color. It also absorbs heavy rainfall much better compared to my neighbors, with little to no pooling.
