I’m in my late 30’s, turning 40 this year, and chronically dealing with a medial knee ligament issue (a tendon injury sustained during weightlifting, not jujitsu) that remains a moderate thing to keep my eye on. The anaconda knee brace has been a phenomenal support brace that offers me the ability to perform moderate intensity lower body weight lifting work with very minimal aches and soreness — if not, NO aches or soreness whatsoever. Furthermore, I’m also restarting my jiujitsu training this year after being encouraged by one impromptu open May training session on Christmas where I got to test out the anaconda knee brace on the mats for my first time. I felt very safe rolling close to 90% intensity at times and it’s made me feel confident in returning to the mats as soon as I can! I can’t stress any further how much peace of mind I now have with Anaconda’s knee brace offering me the utmost security and fortification. Thank you for this amazing product! I should also note that I’ve used Mueller brand of various knee braces in the past for my knee aches while at work, the gym, even sleeping. So my review is also in consideration of my comparing the two brands of supportive knee braces.

Great stability with my bone on bone knee pain. All ows me to bowl.

The brace is made of quality material. The velcro securing it does fail on occasion depending on how active I become. Please do go down a size because you really want that compression, at least in my case. I'm 5'11" 205lbs with muscular build and I went with a medium instead of large.

Shipping as fine. Bought two XL shoulder braces. Returned the second XL for a large hoping for a tighter fit to support shoulder tear.

Purchased a knee brace for my fiancée who regularly works out, hikes, and practices jiu jitsu. His knee often bothers him and he feels a popping sensation regularly. The knee brace has helped his knee feel supported and has minimized the popping sensation and helped him feel “normal”. He now wants to buy a second brace to help support his other knee for protection and to match the support and feel he has for the other knee he uses his existing brace for. I would lean towards the smaller size if your measurements are at the beginning of one size. Once I got the proper size, I couldn't be happier with them. They provide good support and also I dont sweat like with other braces. Good breathable material
